Wonderful picture! The chance that you had your camera at this time was luck, and I am very glad that you did. The waterdrops that are left on the window really add to the effect, and the way that the drops are the main focus makes it even more interesting to look at.

The only thing that I would have to say is the angle. The fact that you can see where the window ended on the far right is distracting, and takes away from the feel that the picture is giving off. I that even if you where to just cut off that small piece, the picture would look much better then it already does.

But over all this picture was taken very nicely, and I look forward to seeing more of your work, because this has managed to draw me in.
